Qualifications
To become an Accredited Visitor you must be a patient who has heart disease, a caregiver of a loved on with heart disease, or a parent of a child who has heart disease; you must be a member of The Mended Hearts, Inc.; and you must be over 18. You can fill out the Visiting Application if you are interested.
